Startup of VW Afterparts Master Warehouse for Russian market 3PL Logistics Services provider. Warehouse A+ class, 52000 м2, 80000 SKU, WMS SAP R1; Managing of the Stock Control Team: Structure, headcount, hiring and training the team. Detailed control of receiving, putaway, picking, packing & shipping spare parts and accessories. Organization and carrying out audits, analysis of the results of inspections, preparation of statistical reports.

Operational Manager Uniform, responsibilities: manage team of 56 volunteers at zones of : *Uniform Reception *Uniform Check-In *Uniform Helpdesk achievements: up to 2000 clients a day.

Start-up of the new warehouse (3rd in Moscow). -constraction control; -racking instalation; -equipment assambling; -recruit WH team; -stock analiz; -movement of 100 000 boxes from old warehouse; -managing the site

-Supervising of ingredients & finished goods warehouse; -Production supply (row materials); -Shipping operations control ; -Customs clearance coordination with broker ;

Temporary (3 month) start - up project contract for the movement process from in-house WH to 3PL provider.

Responsible for WH operations(>16 000 palletspaces) and WH team (currently 75 people) *recruitment and training of WH staff ; *managing and optimizing goods flow at the site ; *receiving and supplying of components & ingredients to production (mixing and packaging); *inventory control ; *shipping of Finish Goods to regions and for export (8-10 trucks a day); *implementation and active support of Warehouse Management System and ERP system"Enterprise One" (J.D.Edwards platform) *responsible for FLTrucks and Health & Safety;

Start-up of the 2 IKEA store in Russia - Teply Stan Responsible for WH operations(>8 000 palletspaces) and WH team ( 35 people) *recruitment and training of WH staff ; *managing and optimizing goods flow at the store(limited time:from 06-00 till 11-00 everyday) ; *inventory control ; *receiving and shipping 6-8 trucks daily; *responsible for FLTrucks and Health & Safety;

Establish of shop network under Danish brandname «Jysk sengetojslager». *setup of WH operations and stock control ;
